How to delete your Wordini account and what data is removed, in-app deletion steps, the email request process and the 60-day deletion timeframe.

How to Delete Your Wordini Account

If you still have the Wordini app installed on your device:

  1. Open the app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account.
  3. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our systems. This action cannot be undone.

If You No Longer Have the App

If you've already uninstalled the app or can't access your account:

Please send an email to developer@smartspacetutoring.com.au with the subject line:

"Delete My Account Request"

Be sure to send the email from the address associated with your account. Our team will verify your identity and delete your account within 60 days.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

  • Your authentication information (email, user ID)

Data Retention Period

All accounts and related data are fully deleted within 60 days of your request.
